Order processing
Orders are normally prepared within 2–4 business days. Small-batch or personalized pieces may take longer; any additional lead time will be shown before payment is completed.
International delivery
Estimated delivery is typically 7–18 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing. Final shipping options and charges are confirmed before payment. Customers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes required by their destination.
Returns
Unused items in their original packaging may be requested for return within 14 days of delivery. Customized products and opened sealed goods cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Email within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
